Once you have decided which Living Space 21 home you want, be it Turn key or Self Build, we have simplified the buying process by providing our clients with a one stop shop which will take you right through the process from customizing your chosen specification of your home to the fully refundable deposits, to helping arrange your mortgage and insurance if required, to site survey's, assistance if required for your planning application, right through to the delivery, construction, and completion of your home.

What do I do next?
Simply fill out the request form and submit this to us. Then one of our Living Space "Inspire Team" will then be in contact with you. We can arrange to visit you in your home, or alternatively you can arrange to meet them at the National Self Build Centre (BuildStore) in Swindon, where you can view from July the show homes and discuss in person your mortgage requirement to the many options open on upgrades from the external and interior finish to your home, through to the "Eco technology" options open to you, to deciding on your choice of kitchen and appliances, the bathroom and wet room of your choice, to the flooring and lighting options right through to your own furniture pack if required and all from the extensive ranges and exclusive prices provided to all Living Space 21 clients by Homebase where together we will make your house a home!

We can assist you to find available plots and can help you arrange your mortgage requirements. Subject to status.
